Contemporary art in private houses, gardens, museums and public space.
More than 40 international artists on more than 25 locations.
I don't know where to start, but this seems like an appropriate beginning of an enchanting tour.
The tour takes us through the city of Sint-Niklaas in Belgium, which by the way has the largest market square of the country. We enter grand old houses, empty factories, an abandoned schoolhouse, a beauty salon, a restaurant, a studio in a backyard ... and back a alley leading towards garage boxes with a hidden secret.
One of these garages hides a door leading to a wonderful garden hidden from any one's sight.
This unknown and hidden passage between two different worlds made artist Kelly Schacht (BE) think of 'Alice in Wonderland'.
Going down the Rabbit Hole
I love it!!
We've seen great things and are definitely going back to see the other half of the tour.Coup de Ville
