it will take some time to ...

... post the hundeds of pictures I've taken lately on many occasions. Sculpture parks, artists' studios, art tours, art events ... We're doing and seeing a lot of things right now (hey, I'm not complaining, enjoying it really), so I lack time to make proper posts with pictures and links to the artists and events. When things calm down, I'll post them with appropriate care instead of just dumping them without explanation.

... and yes, even this is part of an art installation...

These pictures will turn up again with the missing ones to complete the series of works.

The art tour 'Kunst op het Hof' uses farms, industrial buildings and sites as temporary galleries. At one of these sites the large cold rooms to store fruit were just perfect to create an impressive setting for sculptures.

Roger De Haes - painter and sculptor - UPDATED

Kunst op het Hof is an art tour with 41 artists in various disciplines exhibiting their work in farms and old industrial buildings. During three days, thousands of visitors from all over Flanders (and I heard Dutch and German people too) participated in the tour, mainly on bikes.

A few weeks ago I went to an appointment to have a look at locations to decide where I will put up my work during the coming art tour Kunst op het Hof. So was painter and sculptor Roger De Haes. We share the same farm together with 2 other artists.

Still a lot of clearing to do before the stables are ready for the artworks.
