Whenever the weather allows it, we cook and eat outside, as often as possible. Breakfast, lunch, dinner ... Any kind of nice food, in many different ways.This is a Thai dish, cooked in an Indian Balti pan standing on a Moroccan Berber fire - the one that is used for cooking tajine.
Can I call this fusion cooking? (not to be confused with fusion cuisine)
